The credit note will correspond to 100% of the sums already paid, depending on the case: either the amount of the deposit, or the entire stay.

In fact, the calendar is constructed and constrained as follows:
– During peak periods – opening of the resort (from mid-December to mid-April), summer vacation months (July and August), rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday (but you can arrive after and leave before),
– The rest of the year, and approximately two weeks before the weekly rental dates, rentals can be made for 2 nights minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) and 3 during the week.

No, we do not accept any parties or parties on site.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or by email with acknowledgment of receipt:

As it is part of the common equipment, we have set up a reservation system via a digital calendar accessible to each tribe renting the chalet to make the reservation, in the same way as the BBQ, on the basis of a slot / day / tribe.
This allows:
– To avoid the concomitant use of the equipment,
– Limit meetings to reduce health risks,
– To avoid the overuse of equipment by one tribe to the detriment of others,
– To calmly plan / organize the activities of his stay in advance (calendar accessible 2 weeks before the stay)

It’s a place to relax, not a swimming pool or a big bathtub!! Please leave it as clean as you find it when you return.

Yes, parking is included in the rental price, and parking is in the chalet’s private car park and can also be done in the Impasse des Palombes (see chalet layout plan in the details of the advertisements). Unloading Impasse des Palombes is very practical!!

No. The entire chalet is strictly non-smoking. Outside, hung on the railings of balconies and terraces, pots with sand have been placed for smokers. For the respect of the places and others, please crush your cigarette butts there, and do not throw them in nature.

From now on, for reasons of hygiene and everyone’s safety, you are asked to go around the pots at the end of your stay and, using the litter shovel, pick up and put the COLD butts in a trash can.

For the respect of other travelers and the neighborhood, you can make noise between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Yes of course !! For access to the resort of Saint-Lary (Plat d’Adet 1700m / Espiaube 1900m), a free shuttle passes in the street of the chalet every 20 minutes and takes you to the gondola and the cable car in 10 minutes. Afterwards, it depends on the time you arrive at the departure of the cable car / gondola and the attendance… In general, 20 minutes later, you are on the slopes.
There is a stop 130m from the chalet (it goes up along the rue du chalet). The climb to the station is done in 10 minutes…
If you decide to go to the Piau-Engaly resort, count 40 minutes by car in winter.
