Location:

• In the heart of the Aure Valley, in Saint-Lary, a thermal and ski resort, lies “Hygge,” a true mountain chalet (completely renovated in 2019) offering modern materials and high-end finishes while respecting mountain authenticity.
• It comprises 3 independent apartments on 3 levels that can be rented together depending on your group size, for unforgettable moments with family or friends.
• The “Cocoon” lodge occupies the chalet’s attic and is air-conditioned.

• Apartment composition :

• Large living room of 30m² with fully equipped American kitchen, dining area, lounge with two sofas around a warm wood stove and TV area, with exceptional views of the resort and the Pyrenees
• Master suite with 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, vanity unit)
• Double bedroom with 160cm bed
• “Cabins” corner with 4 Japanese beds (80cm) in alcove (Attention: ceiling height in bedroom = between 1.6m and 1.2m; alcoves between 1m and 0.6m)
• Bathroom with double vanity unit, shower, and radiant heater with integrated Bluetooth speaker
• Separate toilet

• Outdoor amenities :

• Vehicle parking in the chalet’s private parking (with remote-controlled gate and video porter)
• Jacuzzi in a separate relaxation area with panoramic view of the resort (access conditions and restrictions apply; liability waiver included in the contract)
• Heated ski locker (shoes and gloves) private in the laundry room for storing skis or sports equipment

• Deposit :

  3000€ for furniture
  120 € for cleaning if the apartment requires more than 2 ½ hours of cleaning

• Accommodation available for rent all year round, on weekends, short stays (minimum = 2 nights) of 3 or 4 nights (Mid-Week) or weekly. Entire chalet is non-smoking

  Nota : En haute saison, si 2 semaines avant la date les gîtes sont toujours disponibles à la location à la semaine, le séjour en courte durée (même à la nuitée) deviendra possible. Restez à l’écoute !

  Guest access :

  • Access is given to the “Cocoon” level, of course, to the Spa / Jacuzzi in the relaxation area, to the laundry room (washer / dryer), to its ski locker, to the garden, to the summer kitchen with terrace and BBQ, to the ping pong table.

  Other remarks :

  • The room with the 4 Japanese single beds (80cm), called “The Cabins,” has a ceiling height between 1.6m and 1.2m. The 4 alcoves have a ceiling height between 1m and 0.6m.
  • This room may be uncomfortable for tall adults or tall teenagers.
