The chalet comprises 3 independent apartments on 3 levels that can be rented together or separately to accommodate your group size and create unforgettable moments with family or friends. “Comforsy” merges the ground floor of the chalet – the “Cosy” level – and its main floor – the “Comfort” level, connected by an internal staircase. Thus, 17 travelers are accommodated in 95 + 51 m² of living space (6 bedrooms, 4 double beds & 9 singles; 2 fully equipped kitchens; 5 WC including 2 separate ones; 2 bathrooms with shower & bathtub, 2 shower rooms; underfloor heating) benefiting from living rooms of 36 + 26 m² and two spacious private terraces of 30 and 11 m², ideal for enjoying beautiful moments.

• In the heart of the Aure Valley, in Saint-Lary, a thermal and ski resort, “Hygge” nestles, a true mountain chalet (completely renovated in 2019) offering modernity in materials and high-end finishes while respecting mountain authenticity. It comprises 3 independent apartments on 3 levels.

Located on the ground floor and garden level of the chalet, it consists of :

• 2 Large living rooms of 36 + 26 m² with fully equipped American kitchens, dining areas, living rooms with two sofas, around a monumental Bigourdane fireplace in Rioumajou stone for Comfort, a stove for Cosy, each with its own TV area, opening onto the balcony-terrace through four large windows for Comfort and a terrace of for Cosy,
• Balcony-terrace of 30m² + 11m² furnished (tables and garden furniture, sun loungers, hanging chair) protected by two awnings with stunning views of the resort and the Pyrenees,
• Master suites with a 140 bed for Comfort and 160 for Cosy and full bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin unit and blowing heater with integrated Bluetooth speaker),
• Double room with 160 bed for Comfort,
• Triple room with two bunk beds and a single bed in 80 for Cosy,
• Quadruple room with a 140 bed and two bunk beds in 80 for Comfort,
• Quadruple room with four bunk beds in 80,
• Bathroom with washbasin unit, shower, bathtub, WC and blowing heater with integrated Bluetooth speaker,
• 2 separate WC (one per floor); total of 5 WC

Outdoor facilities :

• Vehicle parking in the chalet’s private parking lot (with remote-controlled gate and video doorman),
• Jacuzzi in a separate relaxation area with panoramic views of the resort (access conditions and restrictions; liability waiver included in the contract),
• Heated ski lockers (shoes and gloves) private in the laundry room for storing skis or sports equipment,

• Restocking of bathroom or household linen during the stay,

The deposit:

€4000 for furniture
€140 for cleaning if the apartment requires more than 3 hours of restoration

Accommodation available for rent all year round, weekends, short stays (minimum = 2 nights) of 3 or 4 nights (Mid-Week) or weekly.

Entire chalet is non-smoking

The owners speak French. The owners speak English. Los dueños hablan Español.

Guest access :

Access is provided to both Comfort and Cosy levels, to the Spa in the relaxation area, to the laundry room – ski locker, to the garden, to the summer kitchen with terrace and BBQ, to the ping-pong table.
